What we are about

We believe in treating yourself! Both in the material and mental health space. We want to create a safe space where going to therapy is just one of the things you do for yourself. Normalise going to seek help when you need it and reduce the stigma around having a therapist. Our mental health is as important as physical health, it’s time we gave it the same attention.

You don’t need to have a diagnosis, purely having lived life and being human is more than enough reason to come have a chat. Whatever it is you may be going through, we want you to treat yourself, with the attention you deserve. It can be as simple as having someone to talk through your goals, build resilience, or starting your journey to healing.

A modern approach

We all have different needs and no one size fits all. Everyone’s journey will be different, which means different modalities may be used. Starting out with a person-centered approach allows for collaboration to find the support that best suits you.
